Located in a beautifully restored historic building, Fenton Pilates is designed to be a refined and welcoming space where movement, strength, and community come together. We're looking for a passionate instructor who is more than a teacher—they are a leader, mentor, and ambassador for the studio experience.

What we're looking for:
• Comprehensive Pilates certification (Reformer required)
• Strong teaching and cueing skills
• Experience leading group classes and private sessions
• Professional, positive, and client-focused approach
• Ability to mentor and support fellow instructors
• Passion for creating an elevated member experience

What you'll do:
• Lead Reformer classes and private training
• Help establish teaching standards and studio culture
• Assist with instructor development and training
• Create an exceptional client experience from first visit to every class thereafter

• Current Pilates certification from a recognized training program
• Prior Pilates teaching experience
• Experience teaching on the Pilates Reformer
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, reliable, and client-focused approach
• Ability to create safe, effective, and engaging classes for a variety of fitness levels
