Before Your First Visit

Everything you need to know before you arrive – so you can walk in feeling confident and ready to move.

  • What should I wear and bring?
    Wear form-fitting, comfortable activewear – leggings and a fitted top work well. Grip socks are required in the studio (available to purchase at the front desk if you don't have a pair). Bring a water bottle; everything else is provided.
  • Is the intro session really free?

    Yes. Your first session is completely complimentary. It's our way of letting you experience the studio and meet our instructors before committing to anything.

  • How early should I arrive?
    Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled session. This gives you time to complete a short health questionnaire, get a studio tour, and settle in before class begins.
  • Do I need prior Pilates experience?
    Not at all. Our intro session is designed for complete beginners. Your instructor will guide you through the fundamentals at a comfortable pace and adapt the session to your fitness level and any injuries or limitations.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We ask for at least 12 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your intro session. You can do this by phone, email, or by replying to your confirmation message.
  • Where do I park?

    Street parking is available directly outside the studio, in addition, there is a parking lot behind the building.
