Sofia Marchetti

STOTT Pilates Certified · Pre/Post Natal Specialist · Scoliosis Rehabilitation · 11 years teaching

I believe that understanding your own body is one of the most empowering things you can do. In every session I teach the reasoning behind each movement — not just the shape of it. A session with me tends to be deliberate and exploratory; I want you to leave knowing something new about how your body works. My goal is that after six months with me, you move differently in your everyday life, not just on the reformer.

James Okafor

Balanced Body Certified · Athletic Performance Specialist · Injury Rehabilitation · 7 years teaching

My background is in sports rehabilitation, and I came to Pilates through watching athletes recover from injury with it. What strikes me every time is how the method rebuilds the foundation rather than just treating the symptom. Sessions with me tend to be structured and methodical — we identify what's weak, what's overworking, and we correct it progressively. I want clients to leave feeling stronger and more capable than when they arrived.

Lena Voss

BASI Pilates Certified · Menopause Wellness Specialist · Mindfulness-Based Movement · 9 years teaching

Movement has always been where I find stillness. I trained in BASI Pilates after a decade of yoga teaching, and I think that informs how I approach a session — breath first, everything else second. I work well with clients who feel disconnected from their bodies, or who are navigating hormonal changes that have shifted their relationship to exercise. A session with me will be quiet, focused, and feel more like listening than working out.

What We Stand For

These aren't wall prints. They're the decisions we make every day about class size, equipment, and the kind of teaching we hire for.

Inclusivity

Inclusivity

Pilates is for every body, every age, every starting point. We cap class sizes and adapt every movement so no one is left behind or pushed beyond where they are today.

Mindful Movement

Mindful Movement

We teach the 'why' behind every exercise. Clients who understand the intention of a movement make faster progress and avoid injury.

Community

Community

Small classes mean you'll know your fellow clients by name. We run social sessions and workshops because we think connection is part of the practice.

Uncompromising Quality

Uncompromising Quality

We maintain our equipment on a strict schedule, hire instructors with rigorous certifications, and keep class numbers low so the teaching standard never slips.
