Our Classes
Our programs are built around one idea — that Pilates works best when it fits the person, not the other way around. Every class format we offer is designed with a specific goal and a specific type of mover in mind, so you always know exactly what you're walking into and why.
Whether you're recovering, building strength, deepening a practice, or simply starting, you'll find a class format here that meets you where you are. Use the sections below to explore formats, find a time, and choose the commitment level that suits your life.
Foundations & Form (Beginner)
New to reformer Pilates or looking for a refresher? This beginner-friendly class is the perfect place to start. You'll learn the fundamentals of the reformer, proper form, breathing, and foundational movements in a supportive, welcoming environment. We encourage all first-time clients to begin with Foundations & Form to build confidence before progressing to other classes.
Stretch & Restore (All Levels)
Lengthen, strengthen, and recover with a class focused on flexibility, mobility, and mindful movement. Gentle resistance and controlled stretching help release tension while improving posture and range of motion.
Flow & Focus (Beginner/Intermediate)
Move with intention through smooth, flowing sequences designed to improve strength, flexibility, and body awareness. This class builds on Pilates fundamentals while encouraging better balance, coordination, and control.
Core & Control (Beginner/Intermediate)
Strengthen your core and improve stability through controlled, full-body movements. This class focuses on proper form, balance, and muscular endurance while helping you build confidence on the reformer.
Stability & Sculpt (Intermediate/Advanced)
Build strength from the inside out with this class that focuses on core stability, balance, and full-body sculpting, through controlled, intentional movements and progressive challenges.
Cardio & Strength (Intermediate/Advanced)
This class blends strength training with cardio intervals for a full-body workout. Build muscular endurance, improve balance and coordination, and elevate your heart rate through dynamic, controlled movements.
Advanced classes will be added to the schedule as the studio grows and demand for these classes increases.
Athletic Flow (Advanced)
This is a high-energy class designed for faster-paced transitions, more complex movement patterns, greater strength and stability challenges, and athletic-style programming.
Cardio Fusion (Advanced)
This is a high-energy, advanced class that combines strength, endurance, and cardio-focused movement. Expect faster transitions, challenging sequences, and full-body conditioning designed to elevate your heart rate while building power.
